It\u2019ll tell you exactly what to expect and who it\u2019s bet suited for.<\/p><p>Typical class types include:<\/p><p><span style=\"white-space: normal;\"> \u2022 Strength \/ Resistance Training (SGPT) \u2013 Focused on lifting, technique, and building strength safely.<\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"white-space: normal;\"> \u2022 Conditioning (Energy + Metcon) \u2013 Higher heart rate sessions to build fitness, work capacity, and burn calories.<\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"white-space: normal;\"> \u2022 Hybrid \/ Performance (Friday Fusion) \u2013 A mix of strength and conditioning in one session.<\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"white-space: normal;\"> \u2022 Pilates &#8211; Beginner \/ Foundation Friendly Sessions \u2013 Slower paced, more coaching, ideal if you\u2019re new or coming back after time off.<\/span><\/p><p>\u00a0If you\u2019re ever unsure which class to book, just ask, we\u2019ll point you in the right direction<\/p><h4>2. Booking Classes &amp; Notice Period<\/h4><p>We strongly recommend booking classes in advance, as sessions can fill up quickly.<\/p><p><span style=\"white-space: normal;\"> \u2022 Classes open for booking ahead of time via the app<\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"white-space: normal;\"> \u2022 If you can\u2019t make a session, please cancel within the notice period<\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"white-space: normal;\"> \u2022 Late cancels or no-shows affect the timetable and other members, so we\u2019re pretty firm on this<\/span><\/p><p>\u00a0Our timetable is busy, so booking ahead helps us run sessions smoothly and fairly for everyone.<\/p><h4>3. InBody Scans \u2013 When &amp; How They Work<\/h4><p>The InBody scan is available at set times (First Wednesday of each Month).<\/p><p>It measures:<\/p><p><span style=\"white-space: normal;\"> \u2022 Body fat percentage<\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"white-space: normal;\"> \u2022 Muscle mass<\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"white-space: normal;\"> \u2022 Water levels<\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"white-space: normal;\"> \u2022 Overall body composition<\/span><\/p><p>The scan is quick (about 60-90 seconds) and gives us a baseline, so we can track real progress beyond just bodyweight.<\/p><p>We\u2019ll talk you through the results and use them to guide your training and nutrition approach.<\/p><h4>4. Accountability &amp; Check-Ins<\/h4><p>Accountability is a big part of what we do.<\/p><p>This includes:<\/p><p><span style=\"white-space: normal;\"> \u2022 Regular check-ins to see how training, recovery, and habits are going<\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"white-space: normal;\"> \u2022 Adjustments to your program if needed<\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"white-space: normal;\"> \u2022 Ongoing support so you don\u2019t feel like you\u2019re doing this alone<\/span><\/p><p>You\u2019ll always know what you\u2019re working on and why.<\/p><h4>5. Your ProgramME: Foundation vs Main ProgramME<\/h4><p>You\u2019ll be starting on either the Foundation Programme or jumping straight into the Main Programme.<\/p><p>Foundation Programme<\/p><p><span style=\"white-space: normal;\"> \u2022 Designed for beginners or those returning to training<\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"white-space: normal;\"> \u2022 Focuses on technique, confidence, and consistency<\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"white-space: normal;\"> \u2022 Runs for a set duration (we recommend noting this in your phone)<\/span><\/p><p>Main Programme<\/p><p><span style=\"white-space: normal;\"> \u2022 Progressed training with more intensity and variety<\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"white-space: normal;\"> \u2022 Built around long-term strength, fitness, and performance<\/span><\/p><p>\u00a0We suggest writing down which program you\u2019re on and how long it runs in your phone notes so you\u2019re clear from day one.<\/p><h4>6. Intro Offer &amp; Membership After<\/h4><p>Your intro offer runs for (4 weeks \/ 30 days \/ 6 weeks).<\/p><p>During this time you get:<\/p><p><span style=\"white-space: normal;\"> \u2022 Full access to training<\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"white-space: normal;\"> \u2022 Coaching and support<\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"white-space: normal;\"> \u2022 Check-ins and guidance<\/span><\/p><p>After the intro:<\/p><p><span style=\"white-space: normal;\"> \u2022 You\u2019ll roll onto a standard membership<\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"white-space: normal;\"> \u2022 We\u2019ll explain your options before the intro ends so there are no surprises<\/span><\/p><h4>7.
