In October 2023 RockyFitness took a group of 22 people on a fitness holiday to the Finca Naundrup sports resort on the Costa del Sol.

The resort is 30 minutes drive from Malaga Airport, nestled in the hills between Fuengirola and Marbella.  

Finca Naundrup is run by a lovely Danish family and the staff couldn’t be more helpful or friendly. The food was excellent, wholesome and very tasty. The Workout area, 4 Padel Courts, Table Tennis, Pool, Dining areas(indoor/outdoor and Poolside) are all just a few meters from the living areas.

Adjacent to the resort is Club De Sol, one of Costa del Sols largest tennis clubs…Its has 12 tennis courts, 4 padel courts and 4 squash courts

I think we have all the ingredients here for a short tennis/padel/fitness holiday next Spring or Autumn.
