Small Group Personal Training

Bespoke Small Group Personal Training (S.G.P.T.) is ideal for anyone who enjoys training in a group environment. If you want to be part of a like-minded community then this is for you. Group Training will focus on strength, toning & mindset. Our S.G.P.T. sessions never have more than 6 people so you will always be monitored and coached safely – GET FIT with good form and have good fun!

Team Training (Energy & Metcon)

High intensity Interval Training (HIIT) is the best class for those looking for an intense workout but are short on time. HIIT is a combination of Body Weight, Functional & Resistance based movements with short rest times. Rocky HIIT is guaranteed to burn calories & fat, improve fitness levels & leave you with the feel-good factor. You will become leaner, fitter & shred fat in a group environment.

Online Training

Get the Rocky Fitness experience from the comfort & safety of your own home. Our online classes are delivered through Zoom so Rocky can give you real time feedback & motivate you through out the session. As with all of Rocky’s fitness classes, these sessions will push you to your limits week by week. These sessions are all body weight & with weights. Rocky HIIT is a more advanced session & Rocky Mobile a more beginner focused session.

Classes include HIIT, Mobile, Pilates & Yoga.
