I joint Rocky Fitness about 10 months ago. Previously, I was doing home workouts but always felt a bit apprehensive about joining a gym.I felt welcomed from day 1. The classes are very small and the coaches guided me through the different exercises always making sure my form was correct.I feel so much stronger and fitter and more confident. I built a habit and now doing 3 workouts a week early in the mornings is definitely part of my lifestyle.There are regular events, talks, run club and accountability checks and I feel part of this great community of people of different ages, fitness levels and backgrounds.
